This is our entry-level package and includes a handful of meetings to outline your project. During this time we'll analyze your goals and your progress, assist with basic site and operational planning, and begin estimating a rough budget. 

For existing events, we will review your current assets, examine your marketing plan (traditional & digital), and enhance your sales strategies. We will also work to reduce costs through more favorable vendors, more efficient site planning, and better deals.

Building on our "General Admission" Tier, we will join your team and create a tangible path forward for your project. This includes the creation of a more formal budget, event fact-sheet, high-level marketing strategy, and partnership targets.

We will integrate into your workflow, assist with vendor contracting, and provide operational support at your event. We'll also provide an after-action report following the event.

If you want to own an event without the hassle of building it yourself, here's your chance. This completely turn-key solution will get you from the idea phase all the way to the final settlement with our staff operating behind the scenes. We have spent years building for-profit ventures in the live event space, so whether you're looking to build your own festival, or just looking to fine-tune an existing project, our team can help.

We'll contact, negotiate, and sell on behalf of your project to increase your sponsorship revenue; help with on-site activation is included.*
We do not charge a retainer for these services, we get paid when you get paid.

Recurring revenue is key, so we'll follow up with all accounts we initially bring to the table, provide professionally developed "Recap Reports" and engage in early renewal discussions.
